Return/Exchange Policy
Return or exchange
We handle all our products lovingly and we take care to protect the product well when we package it for shipment. In case it is defective when it reaches you, we will exchange it. Please let us know immediately and we will replace it at no cost. For Singapore customer, Pinnacle Wall Arts will collect the defective item from you. If the item is found to have no defect, a restocking fee of 10% of the selling price of the product will be levied.
For overseas customer, the buyer will have to ship the item back to us. For all return or exchanges, Pinnacle Wall Arts regrets that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. However Pinnacle Wall Arts will replace the item and ship the replacement to you without charge.
If you would like to return your Pinnacle Wall Arts item for any reason, please contact us at sales@pinnaclewallarts.com within 7 days and we will refund your payment for the cost of the product minus the shipping as long as the product comes back unused and in sellable condition.
